For 40 years, Institut Mines-Telecom Business School has focused its research on the intersection between “Digital Technologies, Management & Responsibility”, applied to the requirements of companies and changes in the employment market. IMT-BS Executive Education offers a constantly updated portfolio of training courses that meet your professional needs and that are specifically designed to keep pace with the changes facing society.
OUR MISSION
With courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Marketing, Business Development, Ethics & Compliance, Data Protection, Supply Chain… our training portfolio offers participants unique opportunities to develop or improve their lifelong employability.
We provide practical and relevant training solutions for the changing job market, particularly in the digital professions, which are popular with companies and backed by the national continuing education reform. Registered with France Compétences, and recognised by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, our training courses are eligible for financing via the CPF Personal Training Account. CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES

Within the Executive Education department, we also offer bespoke programs. These courses, designed by our training managers in collaboration with companies, are flexible, modular and adapted to your needs and those of your employees.

Associate Dean for Executive Education
Marie-Anne Bia Figueiredo
Marie-Anne Bia Figueiredo is Director of Executive Education at IMT-BS. In this role, she designs, manages, and develops continuing education programs for executives, managers, and partner companies, with a particular focus on digital transformation, change management, artificial intelligence applied to organizations, and managerial innovation.
A lecturer in the Technology, Innovation, and Management (TIM) department and a member of the LITEM (Laboratory for Innovation, Technology, Economics, and Management) research laboratory, she holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University. Her research focuses on the transformation of work and management practices brought about by the adoption of digital technologies and new workspaces.
Her research has been published in several leading academic journals and books, both in France and internationally, including the Revue Française de Gestion, Système d’Information et Management, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and RIPCO. She also contributes to collective works on the digital transformation of organizations and new forms of work organization.
