This program prepares students to manage efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains in a global and rapidly evolving context. It combines lean and risk management, international operations and forecasting with sustainable purchasing and green logistics, while integrating AI and data analytics to improve operational performance and decision-making.
Global Supply Chain Management: Strategy, Sustainability & Digital Transformation
After a first semester focused on core courses in management, digital intelligence and business fundamentals, students explore advanced topics in global supply chain management, including forecasting, international logistics and transport, risk and quality management, lean operations, and digital transformation through AI, SAP and analytics.
The program then takes a more strategic approach, focusing on how organisations design efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains. Students explore green logistics, responsible sourcing and decarbonisation strategies, while learning how to maintain performance in a global and competitive environment.
They also develop skills to manage uncertainty, anticipate disruptions, and adapt supply chain structures through strategies such as offshoring, reshoring and re-internalisation.
Finally, the programme strengthens their ability to use data, AI and digital tools to improve decision-making, visibility and operational performance.
