The campus provides accommodation for 900 students in seven buildings. All rooms are equipped with wi-fi.
Campus accommodation is managed by La Maisel (Maison des Élèves), a not-for-profit association which provides accommodation for students from Institut Mines-Telecom Business School and Télécom SudParis who wish to be housed on the Evry campus.
Unfortunately, the School is unable to provide accommodation for all its students. Priority is therefore given to first-year students and students from our partner institutions who are on a double degree or exchange year program, and who have asked to live on campus.

Visale security deposit scheme for your accommodation
The Visale security deposit represents an alternative to the deposit traditionally required when putting together an application to rent accommodation. . This free security deposit service run by Action Logement provides a guarantee for the future tenant towards the property owner, covering unpaid rent for a period of 3 years and up to a maximum of €1,200. Apply for this solution online for faster processing of your request, within 2 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will be issued with an Action Logement – Visale visa to prove that you have a deposit to submit with your housing application. It is possible to combine this scheme with other forms of aid such as Mobili-Jeune and Loca-Pass from Action Logement, depending on your personal and professional circumstances.
Please note that the Maisel does not currently accept the VISALE scheme. The scheme may be accepted for other housing solutions in and around Evry.
