Sabrina Khemiri, lecturer in Finance at Institut Mines-Telecom Business School, co-wrote the article “Board feminization and innovation through corporate venture capital: The moderating effects of independence and management skills” with Ramzi Benkraiem (Audencia Business School), Sabri Boubaker (EM Normandie Business School) and Souad Brinette (EDC Paris Business School).
The four researchers highlight two key elements that should not be ignored in studying this relationship:
- the role of independent directors, on the one hand;
- and the management skills of female directors on the other hand.
The article, published on the journal Technological Forecasting and Social Change, is available for free until January 9, 2021.
