On the occasion of the launch of the Good in Tech Chair, the conference “Responsible digital technologies: a realistic utopia?”, held on Thursday, 12 September 2019 at 8:30am at Télécom Paris (46 rue Barrault, 75013 Paris).
Led by Christine Balagué, Professor at IMT-BS, and Marie-Laure Djelic, Professor and Dean of the School of Management and Innovation at Sciences Po, the Good in Tech Chair aims to rethink innovation and technology as engines of a better world for and by humans.
It is created in partnership with the engineering schools Télécom SudParis and Télécom Paris, and is supported by the companies Groupe Afnor, Danone, CGI, FaberNovel, Sycomore Asset Management, AG2R La Mondiale, and the Louis Bachelier Institute.
The Good in Tech Chair develops a research program around 4 topics:
- Responsible digital innovation: what measures should be taken?
- How to develop responsible technologies “by design”?
- Reinventing the future: What society for tomorrow in a digital world?
- Governing innovation and responsible technologies
NB: The round table will be conducted entirely in French.
