How to continue the digital transformation of working methods in a context of health crisis? Aurélie Dudezert, Professor of Information Systems for Management at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, and Florence Laval, Associate Professor at IAE Poitiers, explore three strategies to help organizations to reach their goal of digital transformation in the context of the current health crisis.

In this article, published in October 2020 and entitled “Digital transformation: how to avoid missing out on the new phase of work that has begun”, they explain the need to “work with teams on emerging stress tensions”, the importance to “encourage digital intelligence” or to “take an objective look at the work methods put in place in the current adaptation phase”.
