This course aims to present the basic principles of data protection legislation in France. Core notions will be defined, the stakes for companies – whether large, SME or start-up – will be explained and practical advices will be given in order to help students outline a way to cope with all the new obligations in their respective fields.
Digital trust expert
An expert in digital trust, Fabrice is both an engineer – a former student of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paristech – and holds a Ph.D. in law, specializing in digital services law. He is currently Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the French Ministry of the Interior. He also chairs at the French Committee for the Homologation of Health Data Stores, whilst serving as DPO master program course director at IMT-BS.
