Objectives of Strategic Management in the Age of Transitions major
The Strategic Management in the Age of Transitions major (formerly Strategic Management and Industry 4.0) trains students to understand and manage strategic change in a constantly evolving digital environment. By combining innovation management, digital strategy, and organizational transformation, this program prepares students to become key players in the digital transformation within companies.
