The IMT Business School Career Center provides you with the opportunity to build your individual profile through careful and personalized coaching.
For this purpose, it offers you:
- Definition of your professional project,
- Implementation of a strategy to find an internship, an apprenticeship or a job,
- Construction of your communication tools: CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile.
- Get to know yourself better: ComColors® workshop,
- Develop your own potential: “Boost your potential” seminar,
- Gain awareness of your strengths and competencies and develop your soft skills.
- To prepare you to search for an internship,
- To go abroad for an internship or work placement,
- To enhance your competencies, values and image through personal branding.

- Job boards for internship placement,
- Online CV creation tools for a personalized and professional CV,
- Training for video interviews with analysis of oral expression and preparation for deferred video interviews,
- Internship books (types of missions carried out by other students and companies),

Connection with the corporate partners and alumni networks
A mentoring program is offered in the 1st or 2nd year of the Integrated Master in Management Program and of the Bachelor Management & Digital Business program.
It aims to:
- discover the professional world and careers,
- help with reflecting on the professional project,
- bring support in the search for an internship.

Throughout the year, targeted actions are organized with our partners and companies to provide students with opportunities to develop their professional projects:
- Conferences,
- Fairs,
- Recruitment sessions.
Throughout the year, many professional partners post internship, work-study and first-job offers on our Career Center’s JobTeaser website.
An in company experience acquired during the course of the program
Your professional integration is facilitated by the various internship periods (up to 24 months for a complete program in initial training).
Internships are carried out in France and/or abroad.
In the Bachelor Management & Digital Business program and in the Integrated Master in Management Program
- 1st year: 8 or 12 weeks (mandatory),
- 2nd year: 12 weeks (optional),
- Optional gap year (in the MIM program): 2 internships of 24 weeks, i.e. 48 weeks,
- 3rd year: 24-26 weeks (mandatory).
Master of Science
- Optional internship: 24 weeks
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience in MIM2-MIM3 (Master 1/Master 2),
- 1 year of professional experience in a Specialized Master.
