Social diversity

With a view to encouraging social diversity, Institut Mines-Télécom Business School offers various options. 


Created in 2005, the Passeport Avenir association brings together 27 businesses keen to help young people from modest backgrounds in building their professional projects. Passeport Avenir is one of the programs aimed at training a new kind of leader, with the help of business executives volunteering to act as mentors to these young people.


Cordées de la Réussite hands to help young people to develop and achieve their educational goals.

This program seeks to promote equal opportunity for all and today comprises more than 375 “Cordées” throughout all of France. Under the aegis of universities and partnering grandes écoles like Institut Mines-Télécom Business School, Cordées de la Réussite aims to facilitate access to higher learning institutions for all young people, regardless of their socio-cultural background, by providing them with the keys to succeed in sectors of excellence. 

Students from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School visit middle schools and high schools in Evry to raise awareness of admission to the grandes écoles, to offer tutoring and propose cultural outings.
